As of October 25th, 2004 we became aware of people receiving
enwanted faxes from "Investor Alert". We understand
that the deletion number given is usually busy or message
box full when using the pin number. We also understand that
these faxes are being sent during the night, disturbing people.
We
at EnvironmentalRX have not issued these faxes. We have
not contracted with a company to distribute them. If anyone
determines their address, we would like to know so that our
legal department may contact them. EnvironmentalRX does not
condone this behavior foisted upon the public and request
the folks at "Investor Alert" to cease and desist
this behavior.
